Rename UTModule with UTStave

Andy Beiter requested to merge upgrade/UTv4r1 into upgrade/master

UT staves were originally named modules to match ST vocabulary. This changes the name of the module detector element into stave detector element to match UT vocabulary.

This will coincide with changes to the LHCb project and the DDDB.
