Pick up new filed map for MC posts-TS 2024 (!167) · Merge requests · LHCb CondDB / LHCb Conditions Database

This is to use the optimal field map for post-TS 2024 as in data, corresponding to what flushed from online to master from run 300195

A corresponding MR in SIMCOND is needed for post-TS 2024 tags.

It should also be propagated to sim10/2024.

It is not needed for Run5 and a possible propagation should be discussed with the U2 tracking people.
