remove Boole from 2024-patches slot

The purpose of running Boole/master in the lhcb-2024-patches nightly was to discover any changes made in {LHCb,Lbcom}/2024-patches that would break Boole. Now that 2024-patches is being merged back into master and becomes a maintenance branch moving forward, it is no longer necessary to check the Boole compatibility

Note that Boole compilation in 2024-patches slot is currently broken due to Boole/master requiring a more recent version of Detector than is used in 2024-patches....
