Remove warning suppressions that can be fixed in the code

In particular

  • Panoramix warnings due to duplicate factories can be fixed by proper packaging, see e.g. lhcb/Panoramix!49 (merged)
  • BrunelCache warnings can be fixed by correct use of the suppression files in BrunelCache package
