Add clang to lhcb-master slot
I would like to propose adding clang(8) to the lhcb-master slot. By doing this, if I understand things correctly, then ci-test triggered builds in MRs will also test this compiler, which personally I believe should be done to better make sure clang specific issues are caught before being merged.
