Update main slots

Marco Clemencic requested to merge update-main-slots into master
  • prepare merge future -> master
  • removed "no-avx" slots
  • added test "x86_64+avx" platform to lhcb-head
  • moved lhcb-head, lhcb-gaudi-head and lhcb-prerelease to Python
  • removed XML configuration (no enabled slot)
  • minor clean up
