Add support for 2013 strippings on reco14-patches branch
As discussed at PAC on 3rd July, we should add a nightly slot for support of the 2013 pp and IFT stripping campaigns, for which DaVinci v32r2p18 was used.
It turns out that this version of DaVinci used the same LHCb stack as the version of Brunel originally used for Reco14, but which has since evolved on reco14-patches branch to include recent compatibility updates for the simulation (GitCondDB support, evolution of MCParticle class etc.). So we will try to build the 2013 stripping maintenance branch on top of the reco14-patches stack. For the time being just use the actual tagged versions of Phys, Analysis, Stripping and DaVinci to see what needs to be updated, then create 2013-patches branches of these projects starting from the tagged versions.
