Add 2015 Moore to lhcb-reco15-patches slot
As discussed in PAC, we'll use the reco15 stack to support 2015 Moore for simulation use cases.
(Right now, the hlt2015-patches branches start from Phys/v20r1, Hlt/v24r2 and Moore/v24r3. The release used for pp physics was Moore/v24r2 but that is effectively a subset of v24r3, which only adds PbPb configuration. Note also that there are many borrowed packages that will be moved.)
