Update Gauss nightly slots for Sim10
The lhcb-sim10 slot is now based on Gauss v54r5 and Boole v41r3 with LHCb v51r3.
Other sim10 development (lhcb-gauss-gen-dev, lhcb-gauss-gen2-dev, lhcb-gauss-fast, lhcb-gauss-lamarr and lhcb-gauss-conf) slots are synchronised with this but have Gauss 'HEAD' to allow picking up specific MR via associated labels.
lhcb-gauss-dev for today has released depended projects, but has Gauss 'HEAD'.
lhcb-sim10-ref still has Gauss v54r4p1 to fix issue and run LHCbPR test.
