Add "GaudiToolchainMacros.cmake:68" to suppressed warnings

If I understand correctly the current build warnings in the nightlies are because the change to the warning message here LbDevTools!164 (merged) results in it not being suppressed.

@rmatev would it be ok to just ignore all warnings of the kind of: CMake (dev) Warning ?
