Remove PARAM from fastsim gaussino slot

Since Geant4Files/v107r0 is already in CVMFS, PARAM is no longer needed for lhcb-gaussino-fastsim.

@clemenci, @dpopov Could you please let me know if this is the only change needed? Thanks!
