change display order of projects to reflect dependency

Triggered by the wish to have Online show up below LHCb to make it more obvious that Online depends on LHCb. (cc @pkoppenb)

Move Gauss to the bottom of the list to make the maintainer live a bit easier, as it's easier to see with a quick glance if something is failing.
