Move dd4hep to a platform in Gauss-on-Gaussino

This MR moves the build of Detector/dd4hep to the platform x86_64_v2-centos7-gcc10+dd4hep-opt as in lhcb-gaudi-head since for now there is no possibility to have DetDesc and Detector geometry at the same time in Gauss-on-Gaussino.

@rmatev @bcouturi may I kindly ask you to verify this as I am not entirely sure I have here all that is needed... Thank you!
