fix formatting of the URL in CI output to see the status of the task installing the environment

Follow-up of !727 (merged).

The result is not a string ("something"), but a json ('"something"'), so the URL was formatted as e.g. https://lhcb-core-tasks.web.cern.ch/tasks/result/"d164bcba-2679-40ee-b47d-4e79da1c411b", see e.g. https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb-core/LHCbNightlyConf/-/jobs/18011723.
