Sanitizers add more projects

Testing of the current projects in lhcb-sanitizers has gone OK, so I would like to propose adding some more projects, namely 'Boole', 'Phys', 'Hlt', 'Moore'.

I also noticed a few settings where not copied over to the new slot when it was first created, so this Mr also does this.
