revert lsan slot to gcc7

Christopher Rob Jones requested to merge lsan-revertToGcc7 into master

Running some tests it seems the liana build has issues with gcc8. The build of ChargedProtoANNPID hangs during the genconf and listcomponents steps. Until I figure out why, revert this slot to gcc7.
