Try picking up g4 from release area

@dpopov, trying to see if in lhcb-gauss-dev using the v10r6p2t6 convention makes see the 10.6.2.6 in the cmake even if is there in v106r2p6... then we can launch the lbstack for the new tag and close the existing one with removing it from cvmfs
