Adapt gaussino slots to new CMake & drop lhcb-gaussino-new-cmake

This MR adds GaussinoExtLibs project to all lhcb-gaussino* slots and changes the Gauss-on-Gaussino's target branch from Futurev4 to Futurev5. The temporary nightly slot for testing the new CMake configuration, lhcb-gaussino-new-cmake, will be removed.
