Use Gaudi/master in lhcb-master slots
Soon we'll have Gaudi v36r10 (the update will also come with the update to a newer LCG). A release on master was just tagged so we can now move lhcb-master and derivative slots to use Gaudi/master. Next release on master will be with the new LCG, Gaudi and the updated dd4hep/detdesc platform nomenclature.
Concretely this update is provoked by lhcb-datapkg/PRConfig!276 (merged) and the necessary gaudi/Gaudi!1408 (merged)
