Add hlt2_bandwidth to periodic tests

Add Moore_hlt2_bandwidth to the periodic tests.

The test launches $PRCONFIGROOT/scripts/benchmark-scripts/Moore_hlt2_bandwidth.sh.

Requires lhcb-datapkg/PRConfig!291 (merged) and LHCbPR2HD!242 (merged).
