copying the run.log to eos

Maciej Pawel Szymanski requested to merge periodic_dashboard into master

This update copies the run.log file of the test to /eos/lhcb/user/l/lhcbpr/logs/Project/slot.build_id_starttime/ and saves the path in dictionary which will be displayed in nightlies dashboard. Destination path may change in near future.
