Add GitLab reply to ThroughputProfileHandler

This MR aims to implement an automatic reply to the GitLab discussion which launched a ci-test build.

The reply states the result plus change compared to the corresponding reference build.
Currently, it's configured to only work with one test MR in Rec.

Also fixes a small bug in the Handler's savestring("algousage"...) call which was missing /
