Update of PrCheckerSummaryHLT1Handler

Miroslav Saur requested to merge msaur_hlt1_handler_update into master

Updated of PrCheckerSummaryHLT1Handler to keep only forward tracks as no other track types are currently created in hlt1_reco_allen_track_reconstruction. Other track types are for now just commented out, as we expected to have them at some point in relatively near future.

Should solve observed issues that Allen jobs are finishing fine but handler is failing.
