Remove BW measurement in Sprucing throughput test

A more realistic BW measurement is implemented in the Sprucing BW test. This MR is removing BW measurement in the Sprucing throughput test.

The tolerance of Sprucing throughput change is also relaxed from 2.5% to 5%, because it will be configured in single-thread mode so the throughput values will decrease a lot.
