Fixed problem with file uploading in max candidates test

Daniel Magdalinski requested to merge dmagdali/max-candidates-directory-filename-hotfix into master

A problem was identified with the recently added max candidates test where no directory was created on eos and instead the index.html file was uploaded with the name of the directory. This merge fixes this problem this bug. The joining of directory and filename was lost during commits in the previous merge.
