Inconsistency in field names in output of CTestXML2HTML

the field name in summary.json has mixture of up and low case, but the matching filenames are all lowercase

This inconsistency is at the base of the complex logic that failed in lb-nightly-builds-frontend#27 (closed), son once this is fixed we can simplify the logic in the web pages.
