Fixes to legacy CMake config support in new style projects

When writing LegacyGaudiCMakeSupport.cmake I forgot to remove some references to Gaudi which are harmful when trying to use it on non-Gaudi projects (like https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb/Detector).
