Make lb-run understand versions with 4 parts

Marco Clemencic requested to merge 44-add-vArBcDtE-support into master

I modified a couple of places where we were assuming version numbers with only 3 parts (major, minor, patch) and not a 4th (tweak), so that we can use Geant4/v10r2p2t6.
