[zsh-completion] add lb-set-platform completion
Not overly happy with the reaction speed that function has for me on lxplus7 now. I experimented a bit with caching; with a cache it's reasonably fast but don't have a clear idea how to ensure the cache wouldn't get shared across incompatible systems (on a shared homedir).
