Add siteroot option to lb-run

This allow using lb-run without the LbEnv bootstrap environment. For example

lb-run -r /cvmfs/lhcb.cern.ch/lib -c x86_64-centos7-gcc8-opt Gaudi/v30r5 gaudirun.py ...
