Move LbLogin backward compatibility hack from LbEnv
modified LbEnv entry points to set the variables:
LBENV_ENTRYPOINTLBENV_FLAVOUR
LBENV_ENTRYPOINT is used by the dummy LbLogin.sh to know to which entry point it has to delegate to.
