updates for LHCbPR

This contains several workarounds that existed in the development branch:

  • adapting for LBCORE-1772
  • workarounds for slc6 environment
  • separation of sending the results to Dirac SE from the handlers call (LBCORE-1690)
  • improvements in authentication
  • adding cpu and memory info to tests' metadata
  • removing obsolete environment setups
