Update acron files

Marco Clemencic requested to merge clemenci/LbNightlyTools:update-artifact-cleanup-logic into master
  • remove obsolete files
  • update artifacts cleanup policy (keep them for 15 days instead of 8)
  • add comment for use with acrontab

We do not need a release to use the files, as they are pulled regularly from gitlab.
