drop sooner the unneeded .tar.zst to avoid filling disks

With the new nightlies we are (for the moment) recording more artifacts than needed with and inflation of used disk space on EOS.

This MR changes the clean up crontab to drop the duplicated files sooner than usual, to void filling the quota.
