Fix ci-test of MRs in projects disabled in the model slot

When a ci-test is requested including a MR of a project that is disabled in the model slot, said project is meant to be enabled in both -ref and -mr slots.

The code enable projects to be tested was there, but acting on the wrong instances because of a typo.
