Remove aliasing of opensuse15 to centos7

The aliasing introduced in !22 (merged) to fix LBCORE-1627 was not correct because OpenSUSE is not compatible with CentOS7 out of the box.

Installations of OpenSUSE patched to be compatible with CentOS7 should use the environment variable force_host_os (see !44 (merged)).
