Add more information to lb-run --verbose

Marco Clemencic requested to merge clemenci/LbScripts:LBCORE-1380.more-informative-lb-run into master

when invoked with --verbose, lb-run will print the versions and platforms used for each projects, as well as the full path to the .xenv files loaded.
