fix incompatibility between 00fd751d and 6c6ccda0 in git-lb-push

the renaming from $name to $project wasn't picked up by the database connection failure handling, resulting in error messages error: could not find project git lb-use in database

TODO: I guess I should go through the $project "$project" ${project} inhomogenities.
