Added functionality to specify which release to perform

Fixes LBCORE-1405

lb-sdb-import now has an option to specify which platform to release (default behaviour is the same as now). This version is not optimized but it is better to continue with the current requests to Neo4j. The queries should be rewritten when we move to Neo4j 3 as the cypher language has evolved significatively.
