correctly handle RedHat and SuSE 42.x (LbPlatformUtils@ff5a9fb4, LbPlatformUtils@6d1cda21)
add option --force-platform to lb-run to skip the compatibility check
add script lb-describe-platform to print basic information about platform compatibility (LbPlatformUtils@c13cc40d)
improved message for platform incompatibility in lb-run
