Preserve analysis environment for XicpStStToXicpPiPi

Ryunosuke O'Neil requested to merge roneil-xicpstst-preserve-env into master

I become increasingly concerned that my conda analysis environment may not be easily installable / reproducible - it's particularly important because some parts of my analysis break when newer versions of e.g. dask, tensorflow, et cetera are used - really quite sensitive to version changes now.

I hope that preserving it here in conjunction with using a centos7 container of sorts (in future when inevitably the centos7 machine I am working on is upgraded to something completely different) can solve the uncertainties around this, and provide an easy way to re-run scripts without too much trouble installing environments on different machines.
