provide test summary if results are missing

With the new nightlies, Test.xml is parsed at the frontend level, so there's no information about passed and failed tests in db.

I'm not sure if this MR is the right way to proceed, but I guess we need to somehow provide at least the number of passed and failed tests in the slot summary.

I do not think this is the right way. In my view the test run should add the summary to the CouchDB document, as it is done in the current nightly builds, with the exception that the current builds also produce some HTML that we disregard.

Ok, so the test script from lb-nightly-functions should use lb/nightly/frontend/utils.py::TestResults? Perhaps we should move the latter to lb-nightly-utils?

Yes, I've been thinking about moving a few things in lb-nightly-utils, but didn't have time yet.

Anyway, for just the summary of the passed/failed tests you need a very simple query on the XML (TestResults is a bit of an overkill).
