Minor improvements

  • increase the size of the slots list in start slots view (see side comment on #82 (closed))
  • when rebuilding a slot, the custom slot field is initialized with the configuration of the source slot build, so that it can be fin tuned (e.g. changing the list of platforms, see #82 (closed))
  • renamed "rebuild" buttons as "restart", which matches better what they actually do
  • allow clicking on the "Custom slot definition" label to (un)check the corresponding box
