Updates to toolchain wrappers

• Generate wrappers for llvm binutils replacements

  This is necessary for using cmake 3.21 as the search of executables was changed and now llvm specific ones are found. See https://gitlab.kitware.com/cmake/cmake/-/merge_requests/6164

• Clean paths in compiler wrappers, closes #16 (closed)
