WIP: modifications to include an HLT1 line
Not sure it makes sense to merge this anywhere just now, but opening this to give an illustration of how lhcb/Rec!1291 (merged) and lhcb/Phys!455 (closed) can be used to specify [complex] selections using LoKi on both v1::Track and v2::Track containers.
