Release for FEST using latest version of LHCB v52r1 from stack: RTA/2021.05 stack

@nskidmor There is apparently a problem with the clang builds: in the RTA stack there are no clang builds present. Can these be removed ?

@nskidmor, as this and !26 (merged) share a good fraction of projects, it would be better to first deploy !26 (merged) and rebuild this once the other projects are on CVMFS.

@clemenci or one adds Online v7r8 to !26 (merged) ....

@clemenci @frankm should I go ahead and deploy !26 (merged) then?

@nskidmor I have no strong opinion. I only submitted online because Rosen asked me for a version which works with !26 (merged)...

It's possible to combine the two stacks, but we kind of agreed to have one stack description per use case (or application). So, yes, go ahead with !26 (merged) as is.
