Use hashed names for checkout artifacts

This is needed to get be able to cache checkout artifacts (https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/LBCORE-1719) and share them between slots.

I started implementing it to investigate how to update the database documents when the checkout functions are not called because the checkout artifacts are already present.
