Record artifacts names

Marco Clemencic requested to merge record-artifacts-names into master

The name of the artifact produced during checkout is recorded in the database summary and a view allows for easy retrieval of the summary from the artifact name.

We only record checkout artifact names, as we do not yet have an implementation of the build and test summaries, but the summary retrieval is ready for them too.
