Draft: Modify tasks to start slots

  • Changes Main task to run all the slots defined in LHCbNightlyConf by using CI artifacts file with the slots definitions dumped in json
  • Drops SlotList task (the one coming from an early prototype, and making use of lbn-enabled-slots)
  • Adds RunSlotFromFile to be able to run the slots defined in local json (for local development)
