[BUG] Corrupt data produced by APs

A few weeks ago we improved the merging file script we use in AP (as part of the improvements mentioned in last weeks LHCb week talk).

Unfortunately there was a bug which resulted in ~1% of files being corrupted when this script was used. See root-project/root#17223 for details. The full list of buggy LFNs is in https://lblogbook.cern.ch/Operations/39682.
